The accommodations, staff, food and service are all "over the top". You are a great facility and you should be very proud of what you have built over the years. I love the Heartland Lodge. The staff is warm & friendly, the food is delicious, and the beds are comfy. The Lodges and their surroundings are so beautiful. What's NOT to love?!

"I didn't get his name--but he was the guy who drove the tractor for the hayride. I was the one who brought my own motorcycle. Half way through the afternoon ride I stopped with the 4 wheelers at the lodge, we were asked by the hayride driver if we needed gasoline. He came with the gas can and even splashed my tank full. Ya. it is only about 1.5 gallons, but he did it for me when he really he did not have to. What a good service you have, taking care of all your customers needs. Give this guys a raise he exceeded my expectations!"
